New Building Types

• Commercial - Office Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Warehouses, Mill buildings, Cold-Storage Buildings using Masonry Walls with timber framing or steel joists with pan deck for roofs and floors.

• Residential - Custom Residences using Wood platform and heavy timber framing with wood shear walls designed using either the panel or perforated method. We can use Box Beams to create large open spans with a flush ceiling.

• Public Facilities - Facilities using Masonry Walls with timber framing, steel joists with pan deck, or CIP concrete slabs for roofs and floors.

• Foundations - Retaining Walls constructed with Concrete or Masonry, and supported on grade, Auger Cast Concrete Pile or Pipe Piles. Detention Vaults.

An open Canopy Roof constructed of heavy timber framing extended 26' in height and projected 18' beyond either side of the main masonry building.
