• Seismic Strengthening - Following a comprehensive Engineering Study to evaluate susceptibility of structural systems to potential damage from seismic shaking we can design strengthening with fluid viscous dampers to reduce the effective seismic force on older buildings.

Renovation and Addition
A 2-Story Steel Moment Frame supporting timber framing at floor and roof. Connection designed using the Bolted Flange Plate per FEMA 350 to provide ease of construction in the field.
